• We are committed to the ongoing protection of all personal data of our clients.

Collection of Personal Data and Method of Consent for Processing

• The provider collects personal data via a secure connection (SSL) and protects it through encryption during transmission over the internet.
• The provider collects and processes personal data exclusively on the basis of the individual’s consent.
• In the case of contact with the provider via the contact form, the entered personal data is used exclusively to send a response to the question or inquiry submitted. The data is transferred via electronic message to the provider’s email inbox.
• The client expresses consent through selection. On the web form, consent is indicated as an optional field and the client expresses consent by marking the consent checkbox. The expressed consent is considered upon confirmation of the web form.

Purpose of Processing Collected Personal Data

• The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected and for which the individual’s consent has been obtained.
• We will use the personal data of clients who have consented to receiving notifications about our news, events, and offers exclusively for notifications via the selected method (email, SMS) at most once per month.
• We will use the personal data of clients who submit a message to us on the website via the web form exclusively to respond to the question or inquiry submitted.

Unsubscribing from Notifications

• You can unsubscribe from receiving notifications by email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the received electronic message. You can unsubscribe from receiving notifications to your mobile number by sending a return message with the content “Unsubscribe” or by communicating your wishes to us in writing at the company address or in person at the office where you gave your consent.
• If you continue to receive notifications despite unsubscribing, we sincerely apologize and ask that you notify us immediately.

Procedure for Exercising Individual Rights

• The controller will respond to your request exercising your rights in relation to personal data without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt of the request.
• For the purposes of reliable identification when exercising rights in relation to personal data, the controller may request additional information from you, and may refuse to act only if it can demonstrate that it cannot reliably identify you.
